They apply to purchases made by consumers and business customers, subject to any specific provisions contained in a quotation, commercial offer, purchase order, or separate agreement.
Where a specific agreement or quotation is entered into with a business customer, its expressly accepted special terms may supplement or, for the matters they specifically govern, prevail over these Terms.

Article 3 - Products, Services and Information
The products and services offered for sale are those displayed on the website at the time of purchase, subject to availability.
Essential characteristics, functionality, usage conditions, and any applicable restrictions are described on the relevant product page or commercial offer.
Photographs, illustrations, and visual materials are provided to represent the products and may not reproduce every visual characteristic exactly, including differences resulting from the user's display or device.
Where a product, digital content, or service is subject to specific compatibility or usage conditions, those conditions are stated on the relevant page or offer.
Article 4 - Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website or in the applicable commercial offer. Taxes, delivery charges, service charges, customs duties, or other applicable costs are indicated according to applicable law and, where required, before final confirmation of the order.
The price applicable to an order is the price displayed or agreed at the time the order is confirmed, subject to manifest errors.
For business customers, pricing, discounts, minimum quantities, charges, and payment terms may be specified in a quotation or separate commercial offer.
Article 5 - Orders
The customer selects the desired products or services and provides the information required to fulfil the order.
Before final confirmation, the customer may review the entered information and correct any errors.
An order becomes binding according to the procedure stated during the checkout process. An electronic acknowledgement or confirmation may then be sent to the customer.
An order may be rejected or cancelled where fulfilment is legally impossible, fraud or abusive use is reasonably suspected, a product is unavailable, or a manifest error affects a material piece of information, subject to the customer's mandatory legal rights.
Article 6 - Payment
The payment methods available are those displayed at checkout or agreed in the applicable commercial offer.
Payment may be processed by one or more external payment providers. Depending on the payment method, payment credentials may be collected directly by the relevant provider.
A paid order is considered settled only once payment has been effectively confirmed through the applicable payment method.
Article 7 - Digital Products and Content
Where an order concerns a digital product, file, digital content, or electronic access, delivery may be provided through a link, access token, or other electronic mechanism after payment has been confirmed.
Where digital products are subject to specific limitations, such as an expiry period, usage limit, device restriction, or access condition, those limitations are disclosed before or at the time of purchase.
The customer agrees not to circumvent technical protection mechanisms or redistribute access where such access is contractually or technically intended for individual use.
Article 8 - Services and Quotations
Certain services, B2B engagements, or international trade operations may be offered through an individual quotation rather than a fixed public price.
A quotation may specify the scope of services, price, duration or schedule, payment terms, deliverables, minimum quantities, delivery conditions, and any other applicable special terms.
The corresponding contract becomes effective upon acceptance of the quotation in accordance with the procedure specified therein.
Article 9 - Delivery, Shipping and International Operations
Physical products are delivered to the address provided by the customer or to another destination expressly agreed between the parties.
Delivery times depend on the characteristics of the order, destination, shipping method, and, where applicable, customs procedures.
For international shipments, customs formalities, duties, taxes, or local charges may apply depending on the destination and the agreed terms.
Where an Incoterm or specific logistics condition is expressly stated in a quotation, purchase order, or contract, that condition governs the allocation of obligations, costs, and risks according to its terms and applicable law.
Delays or incidents attributable to carriers, customs authorities, or external events do not remove any mandatory legal rights applicable to the customer.
Article 10 - Consumer Right of Withdrawal
Where applicable law grants consumers a right of withdrawal for distance contracts, that right may generally be exercised within the statutory period calculated from the event specified by applicable law.
Where French consumer law applies, consumers generally have a fourteen (14) day withdrawal period under the conditions provided by law.
The right of withdrawal is subject to statutory exceptions, including certain customized goods, certain services fully performed before the withdrawal period expires where the statutory conditions are satisfied, and certain digital content supplied immediately where the customer has expressly agreed to immediate performance and acknowledged the resulting loss of the withdrawal right where legally required.
Where the right of withdrawal applies, its procedure and, where legally required, the relevant withdrawal form are provided in accordance with applicable law.
Article 11 - Legal Guarantees
Where applicable consumer law provides for legal guarantees, consumer customers benefit from the mandatory guarantees applicable to the relevant goods, digital content, or services.
Where French law applies, consumers benefit in particular from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity and the statutory guarantee relating to hidden defects, subject to the conditions established by French law.
Under French consumer law, the legal guarantee of conformity covers, among other things, qualifying goods, digital content, and digital services, and generally provides a two-year period from delivery within which a consumer may invoke a lack of conformity. 5
Any commercial warranty offered by the seller is subject to its own terms and does not limit mandatory statutory rights that cannot legally be waived.
Article 12 - Liability and Force Majeure
The seller is responsible for performing its obligations in accordance with applicable law.
The seller shall not be liable to the extent that non-performance or delay results from an event beyond its reasonable control and qualifies as force majeure under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Article 13 - Intellectual Property
Texts, photographs, graphics, logos, software elements, editorial content, and other materials available on the website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unless authorized in advance or permitted by law, their unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or exploitation is prohibited.

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
Article 17 - Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to products, services, ordering procedures, or applicable legal requirements.
The version applicable to an order is the version accepted or made available at the time the contract was concluded, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
